Activation and change of numbers in My Circle
Through My T-Mobile:
- Log in the My T-Mobile portal
- Click on the My Circle menu and enter new or replace the existing numbers in the circle.
Through IVR:
- Call the toll free number 070 122
- Choose 1, 2 or 3 to set your language
- Choose 1 for activation / deactivation of services
- Choose 1 for the My Circle service
- Follow the instruction of the IVR
Up to 4 numbers in My Circle
- 4 numbers from the T-Mobile network (070/071/072) or
- 3 numbers from the T-Mobile network (070/071/072) and 1 number from the fixed network.
Additional information:
- You can change one number once in 30 days.
- The Service is not available in Roaming.
- The numbers you select shall have indefinite validity period.
