The simplest way to recharge in prepaid
The Top Up from Postpaid to Prepaid service enables the recharging of prepaid to postpaid account in the simplest way. You can recharge the amount of your own choice: 100 MKD, 150 MKD, 200 MKD, 250 MKD, 300 MKD, 590 MKD, 900 MKD or 2,000 MKD. Recharge through 122 or My T-Mobile
All you have to do is call the toll-free number 122 and follow the instructions of the IVR or log in to My Т-Mobile and in the menu Recharge from postpaid to prepaid, enter the prepaid number and the voucher type to recharge the account of the wanted number. Then you will receive an SMS confirming the performed recharge from your postpaid account to the prepaid account of the selected number. The recharged prepaid amount shall be charged on your postpaid monthly bill.
E-Recharge
You no longer need to abandon the comfort of your home to recharge your account. Now you can also recharge through the e-business portal by a payment card.

Recharge a prepaid account through an ATM
From now on you can make an electronic recharge of your own or another prepaid account through an ATM. Take your payment card to one of the ATMs of Stopanska Banka or NLB Tutunska Banka and follow the instructions on the monitor:
- Select Additional Services from the menu;
- Select Mobile Voucher;
- Select the amount you wish to recharge,
- Enter the telephone number and recharge the prepaid account.
At any T-Mobile shop you can ask for a bill for the performed recharge. Take a closer look at all steps you need to take to recharge an account!
