Via the new free self-service channel - Visual IVR you reach the relevant services and set ups by moving visually through the service stem, instead of following the voice of 070 122 IVR. Thus, you can access what you need in an easier and faster way. You do not have to remember the service activation number any more.
By simply dialing *122# a numbered list of available services will appear on your mobile phone display. Enter the number in front of the service, into the gap in the bottom part of the display or in a text message, depending on your mobile phone, and you will get it at once.
Via the Visual IVR you can:
1. Top up a prepaid account
2. Activate and deactivate services
3. Set up you phone for the Internet and MMS
4. Access your favourite t-zones content
5. Change numbers in My Circle
6. Check your bill
Additionally, we offer two completely new services available only through this channel:
7.Top up my account
Send a free request to a postpaid user to top up your prepaid account. (The service is available up to three times in twenty-four hours.)
8. Recommend it to friends
After having activated the Free talks service in My circle, you can send a free SMS message to the numbers in My circle with information and recommendation to activate the service.
The Visual IVR is available at any time. The navigation inside it is free of charge, from Macedonia as well as from any other country, through roaming.
